Terms of Service

• Migraine Detective provides pattern interpretation and forensic analysis frameworks
• All insights are educational and exploratory in nature
• You and your healthcare provider make all medical decisions
• The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition

• Your first week is a trial period - cancel before day 7 for a full refund
• After the trial period, weekly charges are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime
• Forensic Audit purchases are refundable within 48 business hours only if the review has not yet begun

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Migraine Detective is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our pattern interpretation
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to any claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This license applies to all user-submitted content, including but not limited to:

• Tracking data: Daily logs, symptom records, vitals, medication records, and all structured fields entered through the web app or Telegram bot
• Voice recordings: Raw audio files (OGG format) submitted via the Telegram bot, including voice notes, voice memos, and any audio content
• Transcriptions: Text generated from voice recordings through automated transcription
• Text messages: All text communications sent to the Telegram bot or entered into the web app
• Uploaded files: Photos (including blood pressure monitor readings), medical records, lab results, and any documents uploaded to the Medical Vault
• Derived data: Pattern analyses, correlations, and insights generated from your data

This license survives account termination or deletion. While you may request deletion of your identifiable data, Migraine Detective retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated derivatives of your data. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for all content you submit.

The Migraine Detective Telegram Bot is an extension of the Service. By using the bot, you additionally agree that:

• Voice notes are permanently stored in their original audio format for analysis, quality improvement, and future feature development (such as voice biomarker detection)
• Voice notes are automatically transcribed using third-party AI services (currently Groq/Whisper). Audio data is transmitted to these providers for processing
• Photos sent to the bot (e.g., blood pressure readings) are processed by third-party AI vision services and may be stored
• Your Telegram username and chat ID are stored and linked to your account
• An account is automatically created on your behalf when you first message the bot. No separate registration is required
• Bot communications are not encrypted end-to-end beyond Telegram's standard transport encryption

By using Migraine Detective, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your logs and profiles
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not submit voice recordings or data belonging to other individuals without their consent
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• The pattern analysis engine, report templates, and interpretation frameworks are proprietary to Migraine Detective
• Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service's analysis methodology, report formats, or educational content
• Users may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service for any purpose
• Reports generated for users are for personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed
• The Migraine Detective name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Migraine Detective

• Using the Service to build a competing product or service
• Systematically downloading, caching, or storing content beyond personal use
• Reverse-engineering the analysis algorithms or methodology
• Removing copyright or proprietary notices from any materials
• Using automated tools to access or interact with the Service (except the authorized Telegram bot)
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service
