What Data We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address (for authentication and communication)

Self-Reported Health Information

  • Pattern logs and daily check-in data (vitals, symptoms, medications, supplements, hydration, sleep, exercise, cycle tracking)
  • Symptom records, pain events, and timing
  • Bio-signature readings (finger thickness, pain locations)
  • Journal notes and context you provide

Voice Recordings & Telegram Bot Data

  • Raw voice note audio files (OGG format) sent via the Telegram bot - stored permanently
  • Automated transcriptions generated from your voice recordings
  • Text messages sent to the Telegram bot
  • Photos sent to the bot (e.g., blood pressure monitor readings)
  • Your Telegram username and chat identifier

Uploaded Documents

  • Medical records, lab results, and imaging files you choose to upload to your Medical Vault

How We Use Your Data

  • Pattern interpretation: Analyzing your logs, voice notes, and bio-signatures to identify potential patterns
  • Service delivery: Providing personalized insights, correlation alerts, weekly reports, and forensic analysis
  • AI-powered analysis: Using your data to generate contextual recommendations through our AI systems, including the AI Detective chat
  • Voice processing: Transcribing voice recordings, analyzing voice patterns, and developing future voice biomarker features
  • Product improvement: Using anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service, develop new features, and advance migraine pattern research
  • Account management: Processing subscriptions and maintaining your account

Who We Share Data With

Infrastructure Providers

  • Stripe: Payment processing (receives billing information)
  • Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure
  • AI providers (Anthropic, Groq): Pattern analysis, chat functionality, voice transcription, and image recognition. Data is transmitted for processing.
  • Telegram: Message delivery for the Telegram bot. Subject to Telegram's own privacy policy.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and serverless function execution

Your data is never sold.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or health data to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Data Protection

  • Secure storage: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols
  • Limited access: Only authorized systems and personnel can access your data, and only as necessary to provide the service
  • Medical Vault security: Uploaded files are stored in isolated, encrypted storage buckets
  • Voice note storage: Raw audio files are stored in private storage buckets accessible only by the service. They are not publicly accessible.

Your Rights

  • Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and identifiable data at any time. Anonymized and aggregated derivatives may be retained per the Terms of Service.
  • Data access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, including voice recordings
  • Data correction: You can update or correct your information through your dashboard, the Telegram bot, or by contacting us
  • Voice recording deletion: You can request deletion of stored voice recordings. Note that transcriptions derived from deleted recordings may be retained.
